Now that the Mexican drug cartels are being directly targeted by the US government, their operations are being displaced. Will they end up in your town? Are they already? Here are some tips I learned from law enforcement.

Being prepared means having awareness. However, if you don't know what to look for, you can only be so aware. Which is why I reached out to a law enforcement associate to find out what it is that the police look for when identifying cartel activity on a local level. Hopefully this information can help you better identify whether or not these criminal organizations are setting up shop in your area.
